Sorry have not been keeping up with the daily Kona fishing report this past month. Tourism has really picked up in Kona and we have been out fishing every day. So its been really long days and fishing a lot of double trips per day such as a 3/4 and a half day on the same day. This past months fishing has been a big mix or variety of fish species. We have been catching a lot of little yellow fin tuna and skip jack tuna’s at the fish farm buoy 3 miles in front of Kona. The blue marlin and spearfish trolling has been tuff the past month but we have managed to put a few good days of marlin catching in. The ono have showed up and we have been catching those this week for our customers on the early morning trips. Also caught a few amberjack when the small tunas have not been around. Will add some pictures below of the variety of fish we have been catching.
