Still not a lot of charter boats fishing in Kona at the moment. But the Big Island has now stopped the second Covid testing once passengers have arrived at the airport. So just need the 1 pre test three days before you travel.. Can find information at travel.hawaii.gov about Covid requirements. Blue Marlin
